A Fruitful Show Wrap-up

Held from July 1 to 3 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre, electronica China 2026 came to a successful close. As an innovative pioneer in China's power semiconductor industry, Jinan Lujing Semiconductor Co., Ltd. showcased its full portfolio of silicon (Si) and third-generation silicon carbide (SiC) power devices at the exhibition. Over the three-day event, the booth hosted vibrant exchanges with industry visitors, fulfilling all exhibition objectives and wrapping up the show on a high note.

Grand Opening with Thriving Booth Traffic

On the opening day, the Lujing booth drew crowds of professional visitors from home and abroad. The company spotlighted its world-first 5kV silicon carbide (SiC) Schottky diode, co-developed with Shandong University and Shandong Management University. Also on display were SiC SBDs and MOSFETs covering the full voltage range of 650V to 5000V, alongside high-performance silicon-based diodes, transistors, MOSFETs and bridge rectifiers. Numerous clients from photovoltaic energy storage, new energy vehicle electronics, industrial power supply and smart home appliances visited for technical consultations. Lujing's field application engineering (FAE) team delivered one-on-one technical support and product selection guidance throughout the show.

In-depth Discussions Yield Promising Cooperation Outcomes

Across three exhibition days, Lujing's sales and R&D teams held extensive talks with batches of professional clients. Discussions centered on domestic substitution of power semiconductors, customized product development, long-term supply chain partnerships and OEM collaboration models. Multiple preliminary cooperation intentions were reached on-site, laying a solid foundation for further expansion of domestic and overseas markets.

Successful Closing & Gratitude to All Partners

The exhibition officially concluded on July 3, marking the end of Lujing Semiconductor's participation in electronica China 2026.
